I think its Russian for dad for somthing? ..though were Lithuanin.. and they hate Russia? O.o

Tatay means father in Tagalog, and since it's almost like languages are connected, it would make sense...

hmmm... if you mean a pic like this as in a boxed in background with characters in it and just flat set colors like this...

Let's see if it were this frog and tata picture... it's five dollars because it's a rough sketch, six dollars because of the extra characters... one dollar extra for THIS kind of background because it's not full in the picture, and maybe an extra dollar for the extra simple colors, I guess. So... eight dollars? *laughs* I guess? I dunno. I never thought about it. Good question, though.
