Clopin and Willy: twins?

Just something that I was thinking of one day when I was looking at an old sketchbook of mine. There was a picture of Clopin on one side, the other Willy. And they were frighteningly similar in looks. Plus, their actions are sometimes the same...they both have a seemingless endless amount of energy surging through them, their voices are high and flutey and they are...what's the word? Spontaneous...yeah, I guess that's it. Well, okay. That's it.
