For those who don't know, Weird Al dressed up like that sort of making fun of how people reacted to his "new look" (when he changed from Mr. Glasses and Caterpiller Mustache to who he is today). He made fake commercials for his MTV unplugged episode that doesn't exist... Um, I would send the link, but I can't find it right now. *laughs* But it's pretty awesome; he's like... singing Eat It to an acoustic guitar gahahaha

I swear it looked better in the sketch. *laughs* But whatever! Sharpies have given me a headache... too much black. *laughs*
