Has to be either Mussolini, Mao, Kim, Ho Chi Minh, Pol Pot, or Franco since you already have the rest of European ore or less covered. in all honesty, Ho Chi Minh and Pol Pot aren't as well know (despite the importance of the War in Vietnam and their influence) and Kim is viewed less as a serious threat and more as a joke when compared with his more powerful predecessors. It would be like having a kindergartner giving a high school commencement speech. that leaves Mussolini (Italy), Mao Zedong (Asia/China), and Francisco Franco (Spain) who wasn't internationally relevant in a post-Spanish Civil War world, especially since his revolution in its self wasn't as important as the fact that it served as a mock WWII and a weapons testing ground for Hitler.
