my teeth were ruined by local bad water...i don't want to F*^! them up anymore

OHMYWORD. They are pain. Dx Horrible paaaain. lol My teeth moved so fast it hurt like CRAZAY. Nuthin but soup and yogurt and bread and apple sauce for a while. -______-

Just had my last monthly orthodontist appointment today for braces~ I'm actually going next week to have them taken off, but, OF COURSE, I have to get a retainer... Yaaaaay .____.

had them and now i don't wear my retainer and one tooth is a little off but it's one out of all of them soo yeah... could wear reatiner but it hurts to much cause of the crocked tooth

i had braces for seven years. they did help my teeth, but mouths shift over time. my bottom teeth are a little crooked but nothing too major. along with my braces, i hate a guard (ever see ed, edd, and eddy? you know jimmy and his huge mouth brace? hahah yeah one of those) and a bite-plate as well. very painful seven years.
